Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and peppers, cook
and stir until onions start to turn clear (sprinkling a bit of salt over onions
helps this process but it’s not required). Add garlic and Hungarian paprika and
keep cooking and stirring for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, vegetable broth, hot water, thyme, sage, basil and marjoram; bring to a
boil. Add frozen PASTA TIME Mini Ravioli (Veal or Four Cheese) and cook for 3 minutes. Add zucchini;
return to a boil. Cook for about 3 more minutes. Add fresh Italian parsley and shredded
cheese for presentation. Season with ground pepper.
