Small, square pasta cases that are stuffed with meat, cheese or vegetables then cooked in a pan of boiling water and served with tomato or other flavoured sauces and, often, grated cheese. Ravioli makes an easy supper dish, or serve it as a starter, either with a sauce or just drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and scattered with fresh herbs and parmesan shavings. 500 g package.
To cook add pasta to 3 litres of boiling, salted water. Cook for 10-12 minutes to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C. Drain and serve with your favourite Pasta Time sauce.
